Terms Of Service & Privacy Policy
General Terms
All clients of Cole Media Group without exception are subject to the terms and conditions as set forth in this document. No one individual, organization or corporation shall be exempt from any sub section. All information contained in this document is applicable to all products and services sold by Cole Media, Cole Media Group and all of it’s affiliate companies (herein identified as solely Cole Media).
Cole Media reserves the right to charge you the entire amount due for you project prior to beginning the project (typically this is only for new first-time clients or customer orders.
Cole Media will typically provide a proof of concept, concept proof, or work-flow to the client for approval. The client hereby understands that acceptance of the proof may be granted by e-mail response, or signature utilizing paper, pen or tablet. The client understands that once the concept proof is signed off, the project will begin, and no changes can be made.
Website Security
As a Domain, Hosting, or Website client of Cole Media you understand that although we do our best to protect your website and data from malware, viruses, hacking, and unwanted threats; we’re unable to stop all attempts. We offer additional security and firewall options that can be purchased by contacting our office by e-mail. Therefore, we do not provide any warranties or compensation for loss of service or for any inconvenience.
You understand that Cole media utilizes a third-party server to host your website and should their security software detect any threats during a random scan you website and hosting will be suspended. You will not be entitled to compensation for this reason and in the event you need service to repair the threats this will be billed by us hourly. You also understand that we may not notify you of a suspended account and it is your responsibility to ensure the up-time of your website.
Cole Media agrees to provide the client with complete service for their product or service. In the event of any issues associated with our products or services Cole Media may not contact you with any sort of notice, nor will we contact you when services have been restored.
In addition the client understands that their website may go down from time to time for planned or unplanned service maintenance. Although we do our best to notify you this isn’t always and option. Cole Media does not provide any compensation for the outage.
Materials Usage and Law
Cole Media reserves the right to use images of our completed products or services on our Social Media pages, website or advertisements without limitations.
In the event that you contract Cole Media to complete a project that will interfere with local bylaws we do not accept any responsibility. We not provide any additional work or provide and compensation for this.
We reserve the right to use your e-mail address for communications, sales and other promotions unless you request it to be removed from our mailing list. We will not remove your email from any technical emails requests or service disruptions, additionally we will not remove you email for billing purposes.
Payment Acceptance, Refunds, Interest and Collections.
Cole Media accepts payments via: Certified Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Visa- Debit, or E-Transfer. Our payment system will e-mail you a secure link through Intuit to make your electronic payment when using Visa, Visa-Debit, or Mastercard. Cole Media does not maintain a copy of your credit card numbers unless a credit card authorization form is completed. All credit card data is managed by third-party Intuit Canada and access is not granted to our staff.
Overdue Invoice are subject to a 51.11% per annum interest rate. For Example, if your outstanding balance is $1,000.00 after 1 year your new balance is $1,511.11.
Cole Media does not offer any sort of refund. Each product sold by Cole Media is a customer order and thus no refund will be granted. We reserve the right to review any request.
Cole Media reserves the right to send any un-paid invoice to our third-party collections company. Un-paid invoices will continue to incur interests
Apparel, Print and Signage
Cole Media sells third-party branded garments under our own stock number and has an agreement with our suppliers accordingly. Client MAY NOT use any image of our products and services or from our social media or website for any reason without written consent from Cole Media.
Cole Media offers a wide range of printed services, you understand that in the event you supply artwork you own the rights to this document and may reproduce this product and have thereby automatically given us permission to reproduce. In the event the you were not permitted to use any image or document you provide to our team we will comply with any laws and work with authorities as requested.
The Client understands that their may be a slight variation in the print process. This means that orders may have slightly different colours from time to time or on future orders. The client also understands that any folded products may be off slightly.
The Client understands on exterior signs and printing that the lifespan will be shorter than that of a product utilized in the interior of a building.
Graphic, Hosting & Website Design
Cole Media offers graphic and website design to our clients. The Clients understand that the quoted amount of hours for the types of services is an estimation and may change during the design process. We will inform the client ahead of time of an increase in cost.
Clients who host their website or purchase a domain from Cole Media understand that our partner companies may not be located in North America for these purchases.

General Warranty Statement
Cole Solutions Limited does not guarantee or warranty our products or services. Most of our orders are special order and cannot be resold to another client.
In the event that a quality issue goes un-noticed after delivery. Cole Media reserves the right to investigate the case on a one by one scenario and make a decision based on this.
